Teens in grades 6-12: Take the press into your own hands and make your voice heard! Join us in celebrating International Zine Month with our introductory zine-making workshop. These homemade mini-magazines on niche topics let you bring together comics, art, writing, poetry, and more to share ideas. You’ll learn about zines and start making your very own.

An invitation will be sent to participants the morning of the event.

Come prepared with these materials:

Required:

• Pen or pencil
• Sheet of paper (printing paper is best)
• Scissors

• Glue stick or tape
• Marker
• Colored pencils
