Enjoy a mindful walk to ignite and refresh the senses taking time to pause, witness, and breathe in the beautiful landscape at Long Hill (572 Essex Street, Beverly Ma). We will use the lawn to come back home to our inner landscape through breath, gentle movement, mediation, and deep relaxation with Katie Shroeder. Time to share and connect with the community after our practice. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Plan to arrive early as parking may be a bit tight. We will be meeting at the main house. Registration is required. For ages 18+
