Weaving the Threads of Our Lives

Join us in replenishment, self-nourishment and transformation through the creative art-making process! We will identify areas of current life challenges and the strengths and inspirations we have. We will use these strengths to create a paper weaving, which will weave together to serve as a visual reminder for ongoing self-empowerment. We will set an intention, which will anchor our discoveries in this workshop firmly into our lives.

The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio LLC located in Salem MA is a group mental health practice that offers an accessible, affordable, alternative approach to traditional talk therapy through the use of expressive arts therapies and other interactive counseling modalities. We are passionate about using the creative process to help people build connections. Through expressive arts therapies, we facilitate these connections to help you create and imagine a more artful life.
