Tammy Donroe Inman, award-winning author and photographer of New England Brunch and New England Desserts, will discuss her favorite dessert and brunch recipes, the stories behind them, and the benefits of cooking locally and seasonally. Samples will be provided. Tammy Donroe Inman is a trained chef and cooking instructor, she got her start testing recipes for Cook's Illustrated magazine and the TV show America's Test Kitchen. After that, she worked as an editor for Boston magazine. She’s also written for the Boston Globe, Fine Cooking, and Yankee Magazine. Currently, she moonlights as a cheesemonger at Formaggio Kitchen in Boston while she works on her next writing project.
