The FBI has reported that property and mortgage fraud is one of the fastest growing white collar crimes in America. This presentation from the office of Register John O’Brien from the Southern Essex District Registry of Deeds will assist Essex County homeowners in protecting their most valuable asset…their property. You will learn how the free Property Fraud Watch program works and how to sign up. This program goes a long way towards detecting and thwarting real estate fraud.
