Living Room Conversations: Affordable Housing

Thursday, October 217:00—8:30 PMSohier RoomMain Library32 Essex Street, Beverly, MA, 01915

Does the North Shore need more housing? And if so, where and what sort? Join us for a “Living Room Conversation” in the Sohier Room on Thursday, October 21 from 7 to 8:30 PM where Rosa Ordaz,  Resident Services & Community Engagement Manager, Harborlight Community Partners will give a presentation on housing and the North Shore which will be followed by a facilitated discussion.

Living Room Conversations (LRC) provides a guided method for diverse members of a community to engage in  intentional, small group conversation about specific and impactful issues. The focus is on listening with curiosity rather than persuasion. If you long to have the chance to deepen your conversations with others in your community--especially, perhaps, those with whom you don’t always see eye to eye—then we hope you can join us!

Co-sponsored by Beverly Public Library and the Heathmere Center for Cultural Engagement. Questions? Contact Graham at ggoss@noblenet.org.
