Beverly Reads: Holding Grief Through Story & Art: A Community Art Therapy Workshop

Thursday, April 167:00—8:30 PMSohier RoomMain Library32 Essex Street, Beverly, MA, 01915

Join us for a trauma-informed art therapy workshop for adults (and teens, 16+) exploring grief, loss, and resilience through creative expression. Drawing inspiration from The Bear by Andrew Krivak, this workshop invites participants to reflect on themes of love, survival, connection, and mourning, in a supportive, community-based setting.

Participants will engage in gentle reflection, guided discussion, and a structured art-making experience designed to support meaning-making around grief. No prior art experience is necessary.
